Gameday Ready: Healthy No-Bake White Bean Dip
Got plans for the big game on Sunday? Whether you’re hosting your own Super Bowl party or looking for the perfect snack to bring to a gathering, we’re pretty sure this easy white bean dip from Plant and Vine is going to be a slam dunk (ahem, touchdown) for everyone in attendance.
Dips can be challenging when it comes to dietary restrictions—but this no-bake, healthy white bean dip recipe is dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan!
Here’s what you need:
1 can drained and rinsed white beans (we recommend using white beans vs cannellini beans for a nuttier, creamier texture)
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
⅓ cup olive oil
⅓ cup parsley
Instructions:
Mix ingredients together in a food processor
Add salt and pepper to taste
Pour mixture into a serving dish and enjoy!
Servings: Recipe makes one small bowl of dip. Double or triple for a larger party.
Hot Tip: Serve with baked pita bread! Preheat oven to 400℉ and cut 6-8 pitas into triangles. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes and start digging into that bean dip!
